About Us

The Vacation Rental Alliance of Tampa Bay Beaches provides visitors with numerous vacation rental choices, from full-service condo-hotels to well-appointed resorts. This network of resort condominium management companies came together over 15 years ago for the first time to ensure high-quality accommodations and consistent standards of excellence among its member properties.

Ultimately, the Alliance aims to promote visitor confidence in both the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Area and in its “condo-cation” experiences. 

Our Mission

The mission of the Vacation Rental Alliance is to provide leadership in the marketing of the Alliance and to increase and enhance the image of its member properties located in Pinellas County, Florida.  The marketing slogan will be promoted as a “Condo-cation Experience”.   It will further insure the satisfaction of guests, increase the year-round occupancy, and promote tourism in Pinellas County
